Our second training weekend kicks off tomorrow evening where we plan to cycle out from Sheffield and wild camp as we did on our last training weekend. This time we will be planning the route just before we leave and again make the weekend as 'expedition realistic' as possible. On the Sunday we should have access to some kayaks which will enable us to get out and practice for one of the crucial stages of the summer - crossing the Strait of Gibraltar.
In other news we have so far raised well over £200 for SOS Children's Villages. This should increase further as we have a cyclathon coming up outside Decathlon in mid-May amongst other fundraisers. More details of this will be sure to follow.
